I'm in the market for a new smart phone. My main criteria is that it needs to be CHEAP. Any recommendations? Any experience with the new Nokia Lumia at all?

I really like the phone, even trying to develop na own app for it (it will be similar to this one: http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/p_511-windows-phone-platform-voip.html). You might also try the new models that run Windows Phone 8 OS, e.g. Lumia 920, 820.
